OUR FOUNDER

What does a 16-year-old pastry chef at the world-renowned Broadmoor Hotel do for an encore?

She creates a handmade frozen dessert with a fearless combination of juxtaposed ingredients that are rebelliously rich and righteously royal. Jessica La Forge started her career in desserts at 16 in the kitchens of the Broadmoor Hotel, baking bread, and cakes at 4 am. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at some of the best restaurants in the US. In 2014, she decided it was time to bring back the craft of the cream and become an entrepreneur. God Save The Cream was born. Now, Jessica is known for taking taste buds on an ice-screaming adventure. She won the Judges Award at the Gelato Festival America and teaches ice cream at Carpagiani University. And that’s just the beginning!
